Kitchen carts

We manufacture waiter, platform, gastronorm and bakery trolleys.

Waiter trolleys are made of AISI 430 stainless steel: the shelves are made of 0.8 mm thick sheet metal, and the frame is constructed from 20 mm pipe. They usually have 2-3 shelves, but custom configurations are available upon request.

Platform trolleys feature a reinforced platform made of AISI 430 stainless steel sheet, mounted on a welded frame made of 40 × 40 mm stainless steel tube.

Gastronorm and bakery trolleys are fully constructed from stainless steel. Various types of guide rails are installed on a welded tubular frame. The economical versions use 20 × 20 mm tube, while standard models have a frame made of 25 × 25 mm tube.

  • Ton-2 — waiter trolley made of 100% commercial-grade AISI 430 stainless steel, with two shelves crafted from 0.8 mm thick sheet metal, featuring a 50 mm deep lip. The frame is made from Ø20 mm stainless steel tubing (AISI 430), equipped with Ø75 mm swivel casters for smooth mobility.
  • Ton-3 — waiter trolley with three shelves, identical in construction to the Ton-2 model.
  • TOSPn-2 — dish collection trolley with two shelves, featuring an increased lip height of 80 mm, while maintaining the same structural design as the Ton-2.

Platform trolleys

  • TGn — heavy-duty platform trolley available in three different sizes with varying platform lengths. The welded frame is made of 40 × 40 mm stainless steel tube, and the platform is constructed from 0.8 mm thick sheet metal. The platform can support a distributed load of up to 300 kg. The trolley is equipped with 150 mm diameter wheels, two of which are fitted with braking mechanisms.

  • SHGn — gastronorm trolley for GN 1/1 containers; accommodates 12 to 15 levels; the frame is made of stainless steel tube; guides are made from 1.5 mm thick angle bar; swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes.
  • KSHn — bakery trolley for 400 × 600 mm sheet pans; accommodates 15 levels; the frame is made of stainless steel tubing; guides are made from 1.5 mm thick angle bar; swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes.
  • SHPn — tray trolley for 350 × 450 mm trays; accommodates 10 to 12 levels; the frame is made of stainless steel tubing; guides are made from 1.5 mm thick angle bar; swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes.
Series

"Economy" and "Pro" series. Trolleys in the "Economy" series feature a frame made of 20 × 20 mm tube and 75 mm diameter wheels, while the "Pro" series trolleys have a frame made of 25 × 25 mm tube and 100 mm diameter wheels.

All trolleys are equipped with stainless steel AISI 304 drying racks for glasses and/or plates, with a single stainless steel AISI 430 tray at the bottom; the frame is made of welded 25 × 25 mm stainless steel tubing; and the trolleys are fitted with 100 mm swivel casters, two of which have braking mechanisms.

  • TST2-p — plate drying trolley with two levels.
  • TST3-p — plate drying trolley with three levels.
  • TSS2-p — glass drying trolley with two levels.
  • TSS3-p — glass drying trolley with three levels.
  • TSTS2-p — trolley with two levels: one for drying glasses and one for plates.
  • TSTS3-p — trolley with three levels: one for drying glasses, the others for plates.
