Warranty
The warranty period of the products is 6 months from the date of sale.
The warranty period of storage is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
During the warranty period, we eliminate identified manufacturing defects free of charge and change parts and assemblies that have failed through no fault of the consumer.
To maintain the warranty, observe the conditions of transportation, storage and operation specified in the product data sheet. If the equipment fails due to the fault of the consumer, as a result of non-compliance with these conditions, then the warranty does not apply to such cases.
The time spent on warranty repairs by the product is not included in the warranty period.
If we are unable to eliminate the identified defects, we will replace the defective product with a new one.
We accept complaints in the manner and within the time limits provided for by current legislation.
